Last night we went to PF Chang's and I found a menu item there that was lower in calories and sounded like something I would like. So, I got the singapore street noodles (instead of the old standby of double pan fried combo noodles) and I was highly impressed. I also got brown rice with my entree. I brought them both home and will probably be having the street noodles for the next two days for lunch. The brown rice got made into Brown Rice Porridge for breakfast today. After that, I can guarantee you I know what I'm having for breakfast every morning until the rice is gone or it starts growing green things.
